Back ↑ I'm having difficulty Logging-in. Why?
- If you are currently logged-in to HotMail or Yahoo, please log out and close all browser windows (your Internet Explorer or Netscape). Then re-visit TeleficientCards.com and try logging-in again.
- Make sure you are entering your email addres and password correctly. Copy & paste your username & password from your welcome e-mail instead of manually typing it in.
- If you are using Netscape, try using Internet Explorer (or vise-versa).
- If you are using an older version browser, try installing the latest browser.
- Set you browser Preferences back to Default : Tools > Internet Options, click on the Advanced tab, then click on Restore Defaults.
- Restart your computer and try again.

To retrieve your Instant PINS, log-in to your account by visiting My Account. You will need your e-mail address and password provided to you by e-mail.
Back ↑ Will you send my PIN by e-mail?
For security reasons, your PIN numbers will not be sent to you via e-mail. To retrieve your PINS, log-in to your account by visiting My Account. You will need your e-mail address and password to Log-in.
Back ↑ My order is 'Pending'. What does that mean?
For security reasons, we require that your first purchase be confirmed via telephone before your first phone card PIN is released to you. This process is very quick and is required only on your first purchase. All future purchases will be INSTANTLY POSTED on My Account. If you are physically at a phone number other than the one you provided us, please contact us at help@pinservices.com or call our support team at 1-800-990-4135.

No. Our Instant PINS do not have actual printed cards associated with them. You can access your Phone Cards on-line by visiting My Account.
Back ↑ How do I use my Phone Card?
- Dial the toll free access number of your card (found in My Account)
- When prompted, enter your PIN number or authorization code
- When prompted, dial the destination number
- For US calls 1 + Area Code + Number.
- International calls 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number.

You can purchase Phone Cards on-line using a major credit card. To find the calling card that best fits your needs, try Advanced Search.

Yes. For security reasons, we require that your first purchase be confirmed via telephone before your first phone card PIN is released to you. This process is very quick and is required only on your first purchase. All future purchases will be INSTANTLY POSTED on My Account.

Yes. A Five Star rated phone card, The Rechargeable Plan is the ultimate Domestic and International calling plan. Purchase the initial PIN and you will then be able to add more time to your PIN (recharge your PIN) in $10, $20 and $50 denominations.
- Add more time and keep the same PIN number!
- There are no connection fees, and no service fees.
- Calls are billed (rounded) in 1 minute increments.
- View detailed call real-time call records online.
- An initial expiration date of 1 year. With every recharge, the expiration date will automatically be extended for another 1 year.

Non-Rechargeable Plans usually expire in 180 days and are non-renewable. Rechargeable Plans usually expire in 1 year and can be renewed with every recharge. Specific expiration information is posted on every phone card page.

Back ↑ Do rates vary based on the time of day?
No. Our Phone Cards offer the same low rates, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
