By using this Card, you agree to the following: Rates and fees vary and are subject to change. Calls are billed in 60 second increments. All calls made from a payphone are subject to a 99¢ per call and may change without notice. Calls to mobile phones may be billed at a higher rate. Rate changes, fees and taxes may reduce the number of advertised minutes. Rates and fees can change without prior or later notice. Network service provider is not responsible for local telephone charges incurred by customer when using Local Access Numbers. Calls to directory assistance may incur a $1.50 charge (max. duration 3 min.) Card and calling minutes expire 180 days after 1st use, but may be re-activated for another 180 days if more time is added (recharged) within 30 days of its expiration. Network service provider is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of PIN. This Card has no value and is non-refundable.  Network service provider's liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the value of this Card. In no event will the provider be liable for punitive, special,indirect, reliance, incidental or consequential damages. The exclusive remedy for all disputes against the provider arising out of purchase or use of Card, except for matters taken to small claims court,is arbitration by a single arbitrator under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the AAA. Disputes against the provider will not be heard by a jury or in a court and may not be made part of a class action.
